Vacancy Announcement

WSSP is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for contractual positions initially for three years, with potential for extension based on performance. The available positions are as follows:

Vacant Positions:

1. Manager (Admin & Accounts/Customer Care)

No. of Posts: 02
Qualification:
- ACMA/ACA/ACCA from a recognized institution with 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in international/national organizations or public utility companies, OR
- MBA Finance/M.Com from a recognized institution with 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in international/national organizations or public utility companies.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years

2. Assistant Manager (HR & Admin)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
- MS/MBA/BBA (Minimum 16 years of education) in HR specialization from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in international/national public or private organizations.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

3. Assistant Manager (Accounts & Payments)

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
- MS/MBA/BBA/M.Com (Minimum 16 years of education) with a finance specialization or ACCA/ACMA from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in international/national public or private organizations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is required.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

4. Assistant Manager MIS

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering (Minimum 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT systems, ERP, Oracle development, and database management. Experience with server and network equipment, surveillance systems, biometric attendance systems, and database disaster recovery is preferred. OCP certification and ERP experience are advantageous.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

5. HR Officer

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
- MS/MBA/BBA (Minimum 16 years of education) in HR specialization from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in international/national public or private organizations. Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years

6. Fleet Officer

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
- DAE (Mechanical/Automobile Technology) from Board of Technical Education (BTE) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in fleet management, repair, or maintenance, OR
- Retired personnel from the Army (Corps of ASC (MT-Trade), Corps of EME VM/Armament Artificer/MT, and Corps of Engineers MT) or retired warrant officers from the Air Force (Mechanical Transport Fitter, General Fitter, and Electric Ground Fitter).
Age Limit: Up to 55 years

7. MIS Assistant

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification:
- FSc/ICS (Minimum 12 years of education) from any BISE with a Diploma in IT/CS from BTE. Higher degrees in IT/CS/Software Engineering will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in troubleshooting and installing operating systems and MS Office in international/national public or private organizations.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years

General Terms & Conditions:

Compensation: The pay package will be market-based, attractive, and negotiable depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, along with fringe benefits as per WSSP policy.
Application Process for Positions 2 to 7:
- Step 1: Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online starting 16th September 2024.
- Step 2: After submitting the online application, print the prescribed deposit slip and pay the test fee through Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or UBL Bank. Keep the original deposit slip for reference.
- Step 3: No need to send documents/testimonials to ETEA office initially. Submit documents if required after the screening test.
- Deadline for Online Applications: 30th September 2024.
Application Process for Position 1:
- Download the Application Form from WSSP Careers.
- Submit the completed form, resume/CV, and required documents via courier to the address below. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
- Application Fee: Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) as a bank draft/pay order in the name of Water & Sanitation Services Peshawar, deposited at Bank of Khyber, Phase-3 Chowk Peshawar.
- Deadline for Application Submission: 30th September 2024.
