Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP)

PMIU under the TALEEM programme is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified individuals for the following consultancy positions:

Gross Salary: Rs. 549,600 per month
Qualification:
- At least a Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics from a local or foreign university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Higher qualifications are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of verifiable relevant experience in the public or private sector. Experience should include developing monitoring frameworks, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting, and gap analysis/corrective measures. Proven experience in quantitative analysis and report writing is required.

Gross Salary: Rs. 390,000 per month
Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field from a university recognized by HEC. CCNP/HCNP/JCNP certification is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of verifiable relevant experience in IT services, including IT infrastructure.

Gross Salary: Rs. 400,000 per month
Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Computer Science, IT, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) from a university recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with AI expertise.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of verifiable relevant experience.

Gross Salary: Rs. 400,000 per month
Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from a university recognized by HEC. Certification as a DevOps Engineer is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of verifiable relevant experience.

Gross Salary: Rs. 160,000 per month
Qualification:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the public or private sector. Experience with donor-funded or similar projects is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are required.

Contract Duration: Individual consultants will be hired under PPRA Rules for a one-year period.
