Available Positions:
- Section In-charge - Board Committees Wings (OG-II/OG-I)
- Staff Officer - Board Committees Wings (OG-III)
- Support Officer - Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Section In-charge - Board Committees Wings (OG-II/OG-I)
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years in a financial institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and report writing skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Responsibilities: Efficiently arrange Board Committees meetings, prepare draft minutes, maintain records, coordinate and follow-up on decisions, ensure safekeeping of documents, and other assignments as directed by supervisors.
2. Staff Officer - Board Committees Wings (OG-III)
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, good communication and report writing skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Responsibilities: Assist in preparing draft minutes, maintain records, coordinate and follow-up on Board Committee decisions, maintain official records, and arrange meetings as required.
3. Support Officer - Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of banking experience, preferably in Credit Management (Corporate, Commercial, SME, or Retail Banking).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, good communication and report writing skills, good analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Responsibilities: Review MCC memos, maintain records, prepare notices and agendas, send drafts for vetting, assist in responding to queries, and other assignments as directed by supervisors.
General Terms:
- Employment Type: Contractual basis for three years, with potential for renewal based on management discretion.
- Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits in accordance with Bank’s policy.
