Recruitment Advertisement for Ministerial/Menial Staff

The Balochistan Police Quetta Range invites applications to fill the following vacancies. Candidates are required to submit separate applications for each position they are applying for. Eligible candidates should submit their forms to the respective District Police Office in Khuzdar.

Vacancies:

Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
Naib Qasid (BPS-01)
Cook (BPS-01)

Districts:

Khuzdar, Mastung, and Soraab: Applications for Junior Clerk and Naib Qasid positions.
Khuzdar and Soraab: Applications for Cook positions.
Awaran: Applications for Cook, Waterman, and Sweeper positions.

Qualifications:

Junior Clerk:
- Intermediate or equivalent education.
- Computer typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Six-month computer literacy course from any recognized institution.
Naib Qasid:
- Middle pass, with preference given to Matriculation.
Cook:
- At least Middle pass with relevant expertise.

Important Notes:

Local Domicile: Only candidates with local domicile of the Quetta Range may apply.
Application Forms: Forms are available at the respective district office and must be submitted there.
Application Fee: Rs. 300. Photocopies of the form will not be accepted.
Submission Deadline: All applications must be submitted to the District Police Office in Khuzdar within 20 days of the publication of this advertisement.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old. Age relaxation as per Balochistan Government rules will be accepted.
Examinations: Dates and locations for the written technical exam will be announced later.
No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided to candidates attending written tests or interviews.
Required Documents: Attach certified copies of educational certificates, computer shorthand diploma, CNIC, local domicile, and two passport-sized photographs with the application.
Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
Government Employees: Government employees should submit their applications through their respective departments.
Quota: 5% quota is reserved for women, disabled persons, and minorities.
Departmental Authority: The department reserves the right to cancel any or all vacancies at any time.
