The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination invites applications from qualified candidates for the following positions on a contract basis for a duration of 1 year (extendable until June 30, 2025). These positions are based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Available Positions:

Manager (Finance) (PPS-9)
- No. of Posts: 2
- Age Limit: 50 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Medical Doctor with a Postgraduate degree in Public Health, specializing in health policy and systems development from a recognized institution.
  - At least 10-15 years of experience in the health sector at national or international levels, including at least 2 years in the public sector.
  - Experience in project/program management, coordination with development partners, and national/international NGOs.
  - Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and surveillance databases.
Manager (Procurement) (PPS-8)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: 30-40 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce from an accredited institution.
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management and supply chain management in public/private sectors.
  - Expertise in procurement of goods/services, contract management, and applying PPRA rules.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Manager (Database Communication) (PPS-8)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: 30-40 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Postgraduate degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Statistics.
  - 5-7 years of experience in data/database management and analysis.
  - Proficiency in working with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/MS SQL and data analysis tools like SPSS/Excel.
Admin Officer (PPS-7)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: 30-35 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Postgraduate degree in Business Administration/MPA or equivalent.
  - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles with development organizations or public/private sectors.
  - Understanding of donor financial policies and grant management.
  - Experience in financial & grant management and procurement is preferred.
Training Officer (PPS-7)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: 30-35 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or Community Development.
  - 5-8 years of experience as a trainer, with a Training of Trainers (ToT) certificate preferred.
  - Proficiency in traditional and modern training methods, learning management software, and talent management.
M&E Officer (PPS-7)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: 30-35 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Postgraduate degree in Public Health or equivalent.
  - At least 5 years of experience in managing M&E activities and results in the health sector.
  - Knowledge of program/project design, evaluation, data management, and reporting.
  - Experience with development partners and report writing is preferred.
Office Assistant (PPS-5)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: 25-30 Years
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  - 2 years of related experience preferred.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
