Our client, a leading energy organization, is seeking experienced professionals for the following roles:

Job Titles:

Head of Business Development
Head of Project Management
Manager of Project Execution
Manager of Business Development (Technical)
Manager of Product Sourcing

Job Summary:

Candidates should have the ability to identify opportunities, build industry relationships, and present innovative leasing/PPA solutions in renewable energy (solar PV, battery storage, wind) to potential commercial and industrial clients.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the execution of renewable projects during planning and construction phases, managing stakeholder relationships, site execution, team leadership, HSE, and performance reporting.
Overseeing renewable energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely execution.
Collaborating with PV designers to develop integrated energy designs, running software simulations, and drafting BOQs in partnership with client engineering teams for customized solutions.
Efficiently sourcing materials, equipment, and services for renewable energy projects, including vendor pre-qualification.

Qualifications:

Head of Business Development: Master’s degree in Business/Engineering with at least 8 years of professional experience.
Head of Project Management: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 years of professional experience. PMP/related certifications are highly desirable.
Manager of Project Execution: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field with at least 6 years of professional experience. PMP/related certifications are highly desirable.
Manager of Business Development (Technical): Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years of professional experience.
Manager of Product Sourcing: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering with at least 6 years of product sourcing experience.

Age Requirement:

For positions 1 and 2, candidates should preferably be no older than 45 years.
For positions 3, 4, and 5, the preferred age is no more than 35 years as of the application submission date.

Job Location:

Karachi Head Office

Requirements:

A proven track record in delivering renewable projects in the commercial and industrial sectors is highly desirable.
