Kohsar University Murree invites applications from dynamic, dedicated, and competent professionals with a domicile of Punjab for the following positions. These roles are based in Murree, Punjab, and are available on a contract basis.

Available Positions:

Registrar
- Scale: BS-20
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC, with 8 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, administration, or professional roles in public or private institutes or universities.
  - OR MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) with 10 years of relevant experience.
  - OR Master's Degree or BS (2nd Division) with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: 40-50 years
Controller of Examinations
- Scale: BS-20
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC, with 8 years of post-qualification experience.
  - OR MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) with 10 years of relevant experience.
  - OR Master's Degree or BS (2nd Division) with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: 40-50 years
Treasurer
- Scale: BS-20
- Qualification & Experience:
  - Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics, with 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  - OR MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) in the same fields, with 10 years of relevant experience.
  - OR MBA in Finance, M.Com., ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. in Economics (2nd Division) with 12 years of relevant experience.
- Age Limit: 40-50 years

Terms and Conditions:

Contract Duration: Three years, non-extendable.
Pay & Perks: As admissible to a Government Servant in BPS-20.

Application Instructions:

Submission Deadline: Applications must reach the HR Section, Registrar Office by September 30, 2024 (during office hours).
Application Form: Downloadable from the Kohsar University website: www.kum.edu.pk. Only the uploaded Job Application Form will be accepted. Applications should be sent through courier only. Applications received by hand or email, or after the closing date, will not be entertained.
Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3000/- must be submitted via demand draft/pay order in favor of "Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree" or through e-challan to Kohsar University Murree, Account Number 5310217226400050, The Bank of Punjab Murree. Applications without the processing fee will not be considered.
Document Submission: Submit two sets of copies of Degrees, Detailed Marks Certificates (DMC) (front and back, preferably attested by HEC/concerned board), Experience Certificates, NOC, Domicile, CNIC, and recent passport-sized photographs. All documents must be attested.
Application Completeness: Ensure that all fields in the application form are filled out, including postal address and contact numbers. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Submission for Multiple Posts: Submit separate applications for each post with necessary documents, clearly indicating the position applied for on the top right of the envelope.
Additional Requirements: Foreign degrees must have an Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC. For degrees or certificates in foreign languages, provide an English translation from a recognized institute.
Eligibility & Age Limit: Eligibility will be assessed up to the closing date. Age relaxation is as per the Government of Punjab policy.
