Our client, a Karachi-based company, is seeking experienced professionals for the following roles:

GENERAL MANAGER - CORPORATE PLANNING

As the General Manager of Corporate Planning, you will play a crucial role in executing strategies that align with the client’s mission and measurable performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of financial and business plans, translating high-level strategies into actionable steps.
  • Identify and manage business risks through variance reporting, ensuring visibility for stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to analyze operational trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals.
  • Develop top-down forecasts to achieve strategic plan commitments with a focus on increasing returns.
  • Provide valuable insights and performance metrics for improved decision-making.
  • Lead and nurture a team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners and government authorities to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the energy value chain and assess the impact of energy policies on the business.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from a recognized university, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 14-15 years of professional experience in a large national/multinational organization, with at least 5 years in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial and business planning, risk management, and performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the energy value chain and energy-related policies.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder and government relationships.

Age:

  • Preferably not more than 50 years old as of the application submission date.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - CENTRE OF EXPERTISE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with organizational objectives to enhance performance.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - KEY ACCOUNTS CARDS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and enhance business volume.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Act as the focal point for ministerial and key accounts matters.
  • Monitor card account consumption and take necessary actions.
  • Evaluate key account performance for continuous growth.
  • Design promotional schemes and manage quality display and merchandising.
  • Gather market intelligence for strategic insights.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years in a large organization, with 2-6 years in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Age:

  • Preferably not more than 40 years old as of the application submission date.

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct performance analysis.
  • Monitor financial progress of ongoing projects and compile segment reports.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, offering insights for improvement.
  • Manage HR frameworks and policies to support a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee HR budget planning and compensation programs.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years in a large organization, with 2-6 years in a similar role.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing HR budgets and incentive programs.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Age:
