A donor-funded project is seeking dynamic and career-oriented professionals on a contract basis for the following positions:

Criteria / Required Qualifications and Experience

Chief Supply Chain Officer

  • Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or Master’s in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Contract Management from an HEC-recognized university (or reputable foreign university).
  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing supply chains for HIV/TB/Malaria programs is essential.
  • Previous experience with Global Fund-supported programs is an asset.
  • Additional certification in procurement or supply chain (CIPS/ASCM) required.
  • At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in procurement and supply chain management, with 8 years in a leadership role within health sectors, national programs, or large NGOs.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain activities, including product selection, quantification, procurement, and distribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of Global Fund’s procurement principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring staff at various levels.
  • Max Age: 50 Years.

Strategic Information Specialist (HIV/AIDS)

  • MBBS with a Master in Public Health/MSPH (2 years, full-time) from an HEC-recognized university. PhD in Public Health preferred, with peer-reviewed publications in international/national journals.
  • 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in strategic information within the health sector, preferably in HIV programs.
  • Experience in designing and implementing disease surveillance and utilizing digital technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic information into actionable insights for program development.
  • Familiarity with international donor rules, especially The Global Fund.
  • Max Age: 50 Years.

Program Manager - TB / Malaria / HIV/AIDS

  • MBBS with a Master in Public Health from a recognized university. Advanced degrees or additional management training preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in public health programs, with at least 5 years in managerial roles on donor-funded projects.
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including NGOs, in TB, HIV/AIDS, or other infectious diseases.
  • Evidence of project experience is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English, with grant proposal and report writing capabilities.
  • Max Age: 50 Years.
