Principal

Applications are invited from self-motivated and growth-oriented individuals with a balanced personality and progressive ideas for the position of Principal at Divisional Public School & College, Faisalabad. This position is on a contract basis.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree from an HEC-recognized educational institution.

Age Limit:

Between 45 and 60 years.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in reputable educational institutions.
At least 10 years of experience in educational management as the head of such institutions.
Proven experience in guiding and training teachers with a strong understanding of teaching strategies and instructional methods.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills.
Strong interpersonal, administrative, financial management, and human resource management skills.
Competence in educational management.

Pay Package/Facilities:

Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 300,000/- (Lump-sum, inclusive of all allowances).
Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C rules.
Accommodation: Provided on the school campus.
Conveyance: Staff car with fuel as per policy.
Residential Utility Bills: Compensation as per prescribed policy.

Location:

Divisional Public School & College, Faisalabad.

Contract Duration:

Three years.
