Army Public School & College Pasban, Rawalpindi is seeking applications for the following position on a contractual basis:

1. Administrative & Security Officer

Qualifications & Status:

Education: Master's degree from a recognized university (HEC verified)
Experience:
- For Armed Forces (Retired) Candidates: Preferably Major or Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) within the last 3 years, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration and management within the APS system. Must have experience in DAA & OMG and AA & QMG appointments. Age: 45-55 years.
- For Civil Candidates: Minimum 5 years of administrative or management experience in a reputed educational institution, with experience in procurement and supply chain management. Age: 35-45 years.

Pay Package: PKR 115,000-120,000

Skills & Job Requirements:

Efficiently manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in documentation.
Ability to identify and analyze problems, and develop practical solutions to improve administrative processes.
Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and surveillance systems to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Ability to respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and crises according to established protocols.
Skill in identifying potential security risks and implementing measures to address them.
Familiarity with security equipment and technology, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
Ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of administrative and security protocols.
